This Christmas, the team at Levi Solicitors has been busy fundraising for Yorkshire Children’s Charity.
Yorkshire Children’s Charity works to support disadvantaged children across the region. Providing financial support, specialist equipment and Christmas gifts to children who are nominated by their families, carers and schools.
Buckets of joy
At the beginning of December, the CSR team organised the collection of Christmas treats for families for the charity’s ‘buckets of joy’ campaign. Christmas decorations, treats, reindeer food and hot chocolate to help bring some Christmas magic to families who are struggling this winter.
Our team gave generously and we were able to put together many packs of Christmas treats.
Christmas fundraising
On Friday 15 December, we held a festive day to raise money for Yorkshire Children’s Charity. Everyone came in to work in their best Christmas jumpers, and bought hot chocolate with all the toppings!
At lunch time, we drew the winners for our extremely popular staff raffle. With prizes donated generously by a number of local businesses, we sold a lot of tickets!
Final numbers are in, and we are delighted to have raised over £1,200 in December. Well done to everyone who donated. And a big thank you to our CSR team for organising.
